In this slow flow yoga class, we will move mindfully and intentionally, focusing on building strength and flexibility. Restorative yoga is a gentle and relaxing form of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding poses for extended periods of time, using props such as blankets bolsters to support the body and promote relaxation. Restorative yoga ideal for those looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

Our Power Flow is designed for practitioners who have a good understanding of basic yoga poses and are ready to go deeper into their practice. These classes will vary depending on the instructor's style and preferences. The focus is on building strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and relaxation.

This weekly evolving class blends various styles of the practice including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative into one blended practice. 

You could expect to begin with a grounding visualized meditation, build strength and alignment through mindful movement, then unwind with deep, nourishing stillness. With a focus on alignment and awareness, you'll develop strength, flexibility, and inner calm both inwardly and physically. All levels welcome!
